Cancellation and Refund Terms

No refunds will be made for training that has already been purchased and can be used immediately (ready to use).
 
For trainings and services scheduled to start on a specific date, if the participant wishes to cancel his/her registration, the entire training/service fee can be refunded up to 1 week before the training/service starts and 50% up to 3 days before the training/service starts.
In case there is less than 3 days before the start of the training/service, no refund will be made.
The participant irrevocably declares and undertakes that he accepts this condition in advance.
 
Softivation(R) has the right to cancel the training program if the registration process has been completed by announcing that it will be opened but a sufficient number of participants has not been reached.
In case of cancellation of the training program, the fees paid will be refunded by Softivation(R).
 
In the event of a situation that occurs against the will of the participant (force majeure), the participant must clearly state the situation by e-mail to Softivation(R). Softivation(R) makes the final decision.
 
If the participant does not attend the training programme/service at all, does not continue or is absent intermittently, the responsibility belongs to the participant and the fee will not be refunded.
