Cancellation Policy

There will be no refund for trainings that have already been purchased and can be used immediately (ready to use). For trainings and services that are planned to start on a specific date, if the participant wishes to cancel their registration, the entire training/service fee can be refunded up to 1 week before the training/service starts, and 50% up to 3 days before. No refund will be made if there are less than 3 days left for the training/service to start. The participant irrevocably declares and undertakes that they accept this condition in advance. If there is less than 7 days left to cancel or if you want to plan for a different date, please contact us. If the registration process has been completed after an announcement that it will be opened but the sufficient number of participants has not been reached, Furkan IŞIKAY has the right to cancel the training program. In the event of cancellation of the training program, the paid fees will be refunded by Furkan IŞIKAY. In the event of an unintentional situation (force majeure), the participant must clearly state the situation to Furkan IŞIKAY by e-mail. The final decision is made by Furkan IŞIKAY. If the participant does not participate in the training program/service at all, does not attend, or has intermittent absences, the responsibility belongs to him/her and no refund will be made.
